Fijn product, drang naar suiker is echt minder. Transparant over de ingrediënten. Merk zeker verschil na aantal maanden gebruik.
Net mee begonnen dus kan nog niet concreet aangeven of en hoe het werkt

Ik ben het nog aan het uitproberen kan er nog niet zoveel overzeggen. Ik heb wel snel warmte in mij, na mijn ovulatie neem ik het even niet omdat ik het dan echt te warm krijg de de kaneel.
