Shipping costs are € 3.95 for packages sent to both the Netherlands and Belgium. With an order from € 125,- shipping costs are free.

Yes!!! It is sent by PostNL and should be in your mail. If you haven't received an email after 1 business day, please let us know.

The invoice of your order will be sent to you via email the first business day after your order. If this is not the case, please let us know!

It will then either be delivered to your neighbors or to the nearest PostNL point. Nowadays this is communicated via the track & trace code. So keep a close eye on it! If it is still not clear where your package is, you can of course send us a message.

We ship only to the Netherlands and Belgium. The shipping cost for a package for shipment to both the Netherlands and Belgium is € 3.95.

Orders ordered before 11:30 p.m. are often delivered the next business day.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order. This is because your package will probably be shipped so fast that we won't be able to stop it.

After your order you received an email with the confirmation of your order. The moment your package leaves our door, you will receive a Track & Trace code.
