Returning
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the store are for your own account. These costs are approximately € 7.25 per package, for the exact rates please consult the website of the carrier.
If you exercise the right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Elvou with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. Please treat the product with care and make sure it is well packaged when you return it.
If you wish to return part or all of your order, you must notify us. You can do this by using our return form. Download here our return form with instructions on how to return. Fill in the details on the return form. Cut out the address and stick it on your package. Send the completed return form along with the package. Then we will deal with it! The cost of returning the package is on the customer. Unless the product was delivered incorrectly or arrives damaged. In that case, please send us an email at info@elvou.com and we will transfer the additional shipping costs incurred to you.
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of the return provided the product has already been received back in good order.

Each of our products comes with a legal warranty. This means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect it to do.

All consumers have a legal cooling-off period of 14 days from receipt of the product. This cooling-off period does not apply to entrepreneurs and health professionals.

No, unfortunately you can't. Because we start working with the packages immediately after the order. However, you can return the package after receipt. The packages must be completely intact and unopened. There is also a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days. This does not apply to entrepreneurs and health professionals.
