The 24-hour cream is a solid 10+, soft, not too greasy, does what it's supposed to do. The shampoo is also a solid 10+, smells great, and my hair is currently super healthy, also thanks to Elvou's collagen. I've always had thin and lifeless hair. Now it's thicker, shinier, and has more volume, and feels very healthy.
