Whey is the part of milk that remains liquid after rennet is added. Whey protein is very popular as a supplement because it has good bioavailability and a complete amino acid profile. Whey protein is often used by (strength) athletes because protein supports rapid recovery after strenuous training.
Our whey is made from the milk of grass-fed cows. These cows graze outdoors in the French Alps 24 hours a day, weather permitting.
The whey is not heat-treated, so its nutrients and protein structures remain intact. This preserves, among other things, the enzyme lactase, the enzyme that breaks down lactose. To guarantee purity, the whey undergoes a low-temperature microfiltration and ultrafiltration process through membranes. No chemicals are used in this process.
Extra protein for athletes and other target groups
Whey protein provides a substantial 23.1 grams of protein per scoop. Using whey protein is therefore an easy way to get extra protein. Whey can also be used by non-athletes to increase the protein content of a meal, for example, by vegetarians or during a low-calorie diet.

How is it possible that your whey is raw? That's not allowed at all.
Fortunately, that's perfectly acceptable with our whey! During the production process, we don't use heat to remove bacteria, but a microfiltration process that filters out all harmful bacteria and viruses.
What can I do about clumping?
The whey may clump when it comes into contact with liquid. Don't worry! This is quite easy to fix. Always use a shaker with a mixing net or shaker ball. If that doesn't work, use a blender.
What is the best thing to mix the whey with?
Our whey is designed to be mixed with milk. Water is also an option, but it's much less flavorful.
