What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are €3.95 for packages shipped to both the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipping is free for orders over €90.

For shipments within the rest of Europe, we charge €14.95. For orders over €150, shipping costs are free outside the Netherlands and Belgium.

Is a Track & Trace code available?

Absolutely! This will be sent by PostNL and should be in your inbox. If you haven't received an email after one business day, please let us know.

Will I receive an invoice with my orders?

You'll receive your order invoice by email on the first business day after placing your order. If this isn't the case, please let us know.

What happens if my package is delivered when I'm not at home?

It will then be delivered to either your neighbors or the nearest PostNL point. These days, this is communicated via the track & trace code. So keep a close eye on it! If you're still unsure where your package is, you can always send us a message.

Can I send an order abroad?

We ship throughout Europe. Shipping costs for a package to the Netherlands and Belgium are €3.95. Shipping costs for the rest of Europe are €14.95.

How long does it take for the package to arrive on my doorstep?

Orders placed before 11:30 PM are often delivered the next business day. Shipments outside the Netherlands and Belgium may take a little longer.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to cancel your order. This is because your package is likely being shipped so quickly that we can no longer stop it.

Where can I find the status of my order?

After placing your order, you'll receive an email confirming your order. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a Track & Trace code. You can use this to check the status of your package. If you haven't received one, please send us an email.
