You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Elvou with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to sell it, we may charge you for the reduction in value of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
If you wish to return part or all of your order, please notify us. You can do so via the following link: https://elvou.returnless.com/ . After completing the form, you will also receive a return shipping label. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product was incorrectly delivered or arrived damaged. In that case, please email us at info@elvou.com , and we will refund the additional shipping costs.
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of the return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
