At Elvou, we're here to help you create the best possible experience. Whether you have a question, want to share a suggestion, or just want to chat, we're happy to listen.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Elvou with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to sell it, we may charge you for the reduction in value of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

After completing the form, you will also receive a return shipping label. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product was incorrectly delivered or arrived damaged. In that case, please email us at info@elvou.com , and we will refund the additional shipping costs.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of the return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Each of our products comes with a legal warranty. This means that a product is or should do what a consumer can reasonably expect.

How can I return my package?

How long does it take to get my money back after I return my package?

After receiving the package, we will try to refund the money to the relevant account within 14 days.

Can I cancel placed orders?

No, unfortunately that's not possible. We start processing the packages immediately after you place your order. However, you can return the package after receiving it. The packages must be completely intact and unopened. A statutory 14-day cooling-off period also applies. This does not apply to businesses and healthcare professionals.
