PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Collagen comes in all sorts of forms. In powders, capsules, drinks, shots. Always an extra step in your routine. Not this bar. 20.3% grass-fed bovine collagen, incorporated into a bar you can eat as a snack.
The base: date paste
No sugar syrup, no maltodextrin, no binding agents. The base is organic date paste; naturally sweet, rich in fiber and minerals. It binds the bar and provides sweetness without the need for added sugar.
Three types of cocoa
Cocoa butter for the creamy texture. Cocoa powder (3.5%) for the deep chocolate flavor. Cocoa nibs (2.3%) for the bite. All three organic, all three raw. Together they provide an authentic cocoa flavor without the use of milk chocolate or flavorings.
Finished with salt
Unrefined Celtic sea salt with its natural minerals intact. It gives the cocoa and date that extra bit of flavor.
