What is included with an Athlete Team Ticket?

• Participation in the Secret Workout with a team of 2 men and 2 women.
• Access to the full Health Market.
• Access to the exclusive Athlete Zone.
• An exclusive Elvou Athlete t-shirt per team member.
• A link (afterwards) with content from the workout.

What does a team look like?

A team (obligatorily) consists of 2 men and 2 women.

What does the workout look like?

Due to the 'secret' concept, the workout will only be announced on the day itself, live at the location. So you won't know exactly what you'll be doing beforehand. Built for the unknown!

Is the workout accessible for all levels?

Everyone is welcome to participate, but it is recommended to have above-average fitness (strength and conditioning) before signing up. We expect you to be familiar with conditioning machines such as the ski, row, and bike erg, and to be comfortable with bodyweight exercises such as squats, push-ups, and burpees.

How long does the workout last?

Of course, we won't tell you that beforehand either, but expect a workout of 40-90 minutes.

Is there a weight class?

No, we do not work with weight classes.

What can I win?

Eternal glory within the Elvou Community. And, the workout winners will receive a free ticket to the next edition to defend their throne.

What time should I arrive?

Details regarding times will be shared with you at a later stage, after purchase. For now, you can expect a full day from 09:30-17:30.

A team member is injured, now what?

You can always change your team composition up until the start of the workout, as long as your team consists of 2 men and 2 women.

We do not work with a waiting list of athletes who are brought in when someone drops out of a team. Having a full team on the event day is therefore your own responsibility.

Is food & drink available?

Yes, we work with carefully selected partners who offer nutritious, quality options (for a fee).

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is quite a lot of free parking around the building, but preferably come by bike or public transport.

Will photos or videos be taken?

Yes, by entering the event you give permission for the use of visual material. In the days following the event, a link will be shared with you where content from the workout can be found.

Can I cancel my ticket?

Tickets are non-refundable. And besides, you absolutely don't want to miss this event, so just come. 🙂
