What's included with a Festival Experience ticket?

• Access to the entire ELVOU Festival (free)
• Access to all talks, workshops, and experiences (free)
• Access as a spectatorat the Secret Workout (free)
• Food & drinks (for a fee)

Can I participate in the Secret Workout?

To participate in the Secret Workout, you need to purchase an Athlete Team ticket.

Do I need to register separately for talks or experiences?

No, you do not need to register for the talks in the main hall. There are plenty of seats and standing room available to attend the talks.

For smaller experiences, it may be necessary to sign up. In this case, a registration list will be available at the respective experience.

Will food & drinks be available?

Yes, we work with carefully selected partners who offer nutritious, quality options (for a fee).

Is the event suitable for children?

Absolutely! Kids up to 16 years old are admitted free, and our Elvou Farm Bouncy Castle is ready especially for the youngest kiddos. Parents remain responsible.

Is the event wheelchair-friendly?

Our event is definitely wheelchair-friendly and accessible. With the exception of a few experiences, everything can be experienced in a wheelchair.

Are dogs and/or other pets allowed?

No, although we are fans of dogs, we unfortunately cannot welcome them here.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is quite a bit of free parking around the building, but preferably come by bike or public transport.

Will photos or videos be taken?

Yes, by entering the event, you give permission for the use of visual material.

Can I cancel my ticket?

Tickets are non-refundable. And besides, you absolutely don't want to miss this event, so just come. 🙂
