I am still trying it out can't say much about it yet. I do have heat in me quickly, after my ovulation I don't take it for a while because then I really get too hot the cinnamon.

Just started....so somewhat difficult to judge (already).
I've been taking it for over a month now, so far don't notice what/or if it does anything for me
