Wow! I've seen a lot of good reviews, but now I got to experience it myself. After giving birth to 3 kids my menstruation remained a bit messy. Often spotting for a week before my period really broke. Since I use the Female, this is history! No more spotting, my period is much more gradual, much less moodswings and more libido! Thanks for these great supps!

I have only recently started using the Female but I noticed a huge difference in the first month.
