Use
Dissolve 1 scoop of powder in at least 500 ml of cold water, juice or a shake. Use before, during or after training or intense exercise. Do not exceed recommended daily dosage.

Electrolytes are essential minerals, such as magnesium, that are electrically charged. Because of their electrical charge, these minerals have a number of important functions. For example, magnesium supports the maintenance of normal water and mineral balance, and is beneficial to both the nervous system and muscles.
We get electrolytes primarily through our diet. Also, certain types of salt naturally contain a small amount of magnesium in addition to sodium. For this reason, we use unrefined Celtic sea salt, where the taste is obtained by malic acid, citric acid and natural flavors and sweeteners.

The electrolytes are formulated just right: salt, magnesium, potassium, no sugar, no dyes, no junk. Perfect for sober training, hot days, sauna or heavy Hyrox sessions. I immediately notice better hydration, less cramping and faster recovery. Taste is light and clean: just right.
