Introduction

In this Privacy Policy we (Elvou) explain how we handle (your) personal data. Elvou, like its own services, sets the highest standards for the processing of its clients' personal data. Elvou only processes personal data insofar as you have given your explicit consent, or when this is necessary for the performance of the agreement between you and Elvou or when Elvou has a legitimate interest for the processing under the law.

The processing of personal data by Elvou is limited to an absolute minimum. Elvou will never provide your personal data to third parties of its own accord, except in the cases described in this Privacy Policy.

Definitions

In this Privacy Policy, the terms listed below have the meanings given to them:

• Elvou: the private company with limited liability Elvou B.V., located in Rosmalen (5248 NT) at Berlicumseweg 8h, the party acting as responsible party for the implementation of this Privacy Policy and as processor of the Personal Data.
• Personal data: any data that can be traced back to an individual.
• Privacy Policy: Elvou's policy regarding the processing of Personal Data as described in this document.
• Website: Elvou's website : https://elvou.com/.
• Goods: the goods to be delivered by Elvou.

Data processing

1. The following Personal Data are processed by Elvou (provided by you):
   1. Contact information: name, e-mail address, phone number and address information;
   2. Identification: date of birth, place of birth;
   3. Payment information: credit card number, expiration date, CVC, when a payment transaction should be made to Elvou;
   4. Digital data: IP address, location, WIFI network, provided by your device or web browser when visiting the Website.
2. You are not required to provide this information to us. However, in some cases it is necessary for you to provide certain Personal Data to enable us to provide the Goods you have requested.

Use

1. The Personal Data received by Elvou will be used (only):
   1. To carry out the agreement between you and Elvou;
   2. in execution of a payment transaction;
   3. To keep you informed of Elvou's offerings by sending you a (news) letter, provided you have explicitly agreed to this;
   4. Contact you if you have approached us with a question or request;
   5. comply with legal obligations, such as the obligation to keep proper records (billing).
2. Personal Data will be stored for no longer than (i) necessary for the provision of Elvou's Goods or (ii) as long as Elvou is required by law to keep the Personal Data. Thereafter, your Personal Data will be deleted. In doing so, Elvou has established the following time periods:
   1. Personal data provided by you for the purpose of ordered Goods: six months after the Service was provided, with the exception of the legal obligation to keep records (7 years);
   2. Personal data provided by you for the purpose of a question or request: fourteen days after your question has been answered or your request has been fulfilled;
   3. Personal data provided by you through your device by visiting the Website: within one year of receipt;
   4. Personal data provided by you for the purpose of the payment transaction to Elvou: within 24 hours after the payment is transmitted by Elvou;
   5. Personal data provided by you with the permission to use it to keep you informed about Elvou's Services: until the moment you withdraw the permission.

Provision of personal data to third parties

1. Elvou will never provide your Personal Data to third parties, other than in case this is necessary for the execution of the agreement with you regarding the provision of the Services. Think of Personal Data that are necessary to have the delivered goods delivered to you or to arrange the payment transaction to Elvou by you.
2. Elvou provides your Personal Data, more specifically your name and address details to delivery services. This Personal Data may only be used by this third party for the purpose of executing the agreement with Elvou. Elvou will contractually lay down the arrangements it makes with these third parties with regard to Personal Data.
3. For the purpose of executing payment transactions, Elvou provides your payment service provider with your contact information, payment information and a description or characteristic of the Goods delivered. This payment service provider may process this data solely for the purpose of executing and administering the payment.

Cookies

1. Cookies are small text files that are automatically placed on your computer, tablet or cell phone when you visit the Website. We cannot always identify you directly from cookies.
2. Some cookies require permission. We ask for this through a pop-up window. You can withdraw your consent at any time. In our case, these are exclusively analytical cookies (Google). We use this information to compile reports, to test and improve the website by monitoring the use of our Website. These cookies collect information, for example about the number of visits per page, the length of visits and how often a particular link is clicked on.

1. The Website may contain links to other websites. If you click on these links, you will leave our Website and we will have no longer control over the Personal Data collected from you. We therefore recommend that you review the privacy policies of these organizations.
2. The Website includes buttons to promote or share pages on social networks, such as Instagram. By pressing this button you will be redirected to Instagram, whereby a cookie will be set by them. You are advised to review Instagram' s privacy statement.

Your rights

1. With respect to your Personal Data, you have the right:
   1. To request from Elvou your Personal Data;
   2. supplement or amend your Personal Information if the Personal Information is inaccurate and/or incomplete;
   3. Request deletion of your Personal Data; and
   4. make a request to transfer your Personal Data to a third party.

3. Elvou will respond to your request within fourteen (14) days.
4. Elvou cannot delete the data if Elvou is obliged by law to keep the data of which the Personal Data forms part. This applies (among other things) in respect of Elvou's accounting obligation.

Security

1. Elvou takes both technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Data from loss, manipulation, unauthorized access, etc.
2. If there is a potential leakage of Personal Data, such as when there is hacking and/or theft, Elvou will immediately notify the authorities and you.

Changing Privacy Policy

Elvou reserves all rights to modify or update this Privacy Policy (unilaterally) as Elvou deems appropriate or necessary due to changes in relevant legislation, regulation or business needs, or to meet the needs of our customers. Updated versions will be published on the Website and provided with a publication date, so you can always see when the Privacy Policy was last updated.
