I really have to say though...I really have had a huge hormonal dip just before my period on a regular basis for as long as I can remember. Feel dark, down and depressed then. Years ago I was told I had pcos, which caused mega irregular cycles that sometimes stayed away for up to 6 months. Unfortunately I was told there was nothing I could do about it. I was on the pill and IUD for years. Last year I stopped all birth control and started a female. I almost dare not believe it, but since 4 months I have a cycle of exactly 33 days, not one day longer and not one day shorter. Unbelievable!!!
